The scene was one of those moments that stick with you, etched in your mind forever: I had been at my family’s house when I stumbled upon a plate of cocaine hidden under the couch. It wasn’t mine, and it certainly wasn’t anything I should have come across. But it was there, left behind by a high-profile individual who had been in our lives. This moment left an indelible mark on me, and as I processed the incident, I realized that this was the beginning of a mission—a mission to help people who lived in the high-profile spaces I witnessed, people who often felt isolated by the weight of their success.

From that day forward, I knew I was destined for something more—something that would allow me to change lives and make a lasting impact. It wasn’t until I was 14 years old, though, that the vision began to take shape more clearly. By that age, I had started to piece together a deeper understanding of the world I had been exposed to and the struggles people—especially those in the spotlight—faced. I wanted to create a practice that would support people in succeeding not just in their careers but in their minds and their personal visions.

At 14, I realized that the people I admired weren’t just successful because of their business acumen—they were successful because they had a strong, clear mind and a deep connection to their purpose. It wasn’t enough to just excel at work if your personal life or mental well-being was in turmoil. My mission began to evolve: I wanted to help high-profile individuals and entrepreneurs build that connection between their mind and their vision.

Fast forward to 2010, and the vision I had cultivated for years finally began to take form. In my early 20s, I founded the practice that would eventually become VIVE. The foundation was clear: I wanted to specialize in business coaching and mental health. I wanted to be there for those who were striving to grow their businesses while ensuring they were managing their mental health successfully. I knew that people who were pushing hard to succeed often forgot to take care of the mind behind the vision, and that’s where I saw an opportunity to make a real difference.

But the path to success is rarely linear. As the years went on, I began to see an even greater need for a more structured and comprehensive service. It wasn’t just about coaching—it was about offering a holistic solution. I wanted to bring together the elements of business strategy, project management, and clinical therapy to create a multi-faceted approach to success. I began incorporating addiction and trauma therapy into the practice, understanding that many high-profile clients and entrepreneurs faced unique challenges that went beyond business strategy and vision. Their experiences with stress, addiction, and trauma were often buried beneath their public personas, and they needed a safe space to heal and refocus.

As my practice evolved, I upleveled our services to become something more exclusive, more tailored to the needs of our clients. At the same time, our clinical therapy services expanded to include specialized treatment for addiction and trauma. This was a critical piece of the puzzle. I understood that in order for clients to truly focus on their visions and create results, they needed to be free of the mental and emotional burdens that held them back.
